Receiving Bounce Back messages?

If you are receiving bounce back emails, here are some common issues and solutions.

 

If the email says "Relay access denied", You have setup your account incorrect.

Please ensure you are authenticating your emails when sending out.

 

If anything is mentioned about SPF, please forward the entire message across to us so we can resolve the issue.

 

Any other bounce back emails please send across to us so we can confirm the issue.

Also double check the email address is spelt correctly.

 

Generally bounce back emails are due to incorrect settings within your mail program.

Try testing webmail or roundcube with the same address/email to confirm if the issue is within your client or on our end.
