Mozilla Thunderbird - Email Setup

Step 1.

Click Tools > Accounts settings

 

Step 2.

 Click Account Actions > Click Add Mail Account

 

Step 3.

 Please enter the details we have provided you for your email account. Click Continue.


 

Step 4.

 This should automatically retreive the following Server options, Select IMAP or POP3
Please note IMAP (Remote folders - keeps emails on server) POP3(Keeps mail on your computer)

 

Step 5.

If the above details fails to work, please enter the following details we have provided you for your email account > Click re-test, once the test is complete click create account.

*** Please note that Outgoing mail server should be set depending on your Interent Service Provider (E.g Bigpond, Optus, TPG, DoDo)  ***

*** You can check this Via the link below for the most common ISP's, If you cant find your ISP you will need to call them to find this out:
