Outlook 2003 - Email Setup

 1. In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools then select Email Accounts.

 

On the E-mail Accounts window, select "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.

 

For your server type, select "POP3" and click Next.

 

On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
 

Your Name
Enter your full name, your business name or the email address you are setting up - the choice is yours.

E-mail Address
Enter the full email address we have provided.

User Name
Enter the full username/email address we have provided.

Password
Enter the password we have provided for this email address only.

Incoming mail server (POP3)
Enter the server provided. (This will generally read something like mail.yourwebaddress.com)

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
Enter the server provided. (This will generally read something like mail.yourwebaddress.com)

Leave Remember Password ticked and Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) unticked.

The select 'Test Account Settings' (If you experience any issues with this test please let us know)

 

Click Finish
