Dear Valued Clients, Just a quick reminder that this weekend is a long weekend and our offices will be closed from Friday 6th April through to Monday 9th of April (inclusive). When looking for instructions regarding your website it is important to know which type of site you have. Sites’n’Stores builds a number of different types of sites, so knowing which you currently have will greatly help when looking for guidance within the Knowledge Base.
If you’re not sure which you have, follow this link Follow the link in the menu referring to site type to the left of the Knowledge Base. If you should find you are having difficulty with the instruction provided, first double-check to make sure you are in the right section. Sites N Stores Support has been hard at work over the past week updating the Online Knowledge Base. This has involved re-organising the categories, giving clearer subject headers, and providing a clear getting started section with a pathway that you can follow to get to know your new site. This includes step by step walkthroughs as well as instructional videos on a huge range of subjects. Please note that this is a work in progress, and ongoing updates will be taking place over the coming weeks. Sites N Stores is currently averaging more than 50 websites handover a week and the number is growing. Last week 54 websites were completed, including a diving adventure company, a solar power installer and an online kidswear retailer.Read more » | |
